The 2024 edition contains the evaluation of more than 1,150 wines, spirits and vermouths that have been tasted in a rigorous blind tasting system, which guarantees impartiality in the evaluations given.
All the wines have been tasted by Joaquín Parra, so there is a single evaluation criterion. The red wines continue to have hegemony with 49.6% of the samples tasted, increasing in value and quality with €16.04 and 91.17 points on average. White wines continue to gain ground, reaching 30.50% of the total, and the average price improves by far with respect to the previous edition, reaching an average price and score of €16.77 and 91.72 points per reference. The remaining 20% is divided between rosé, sparkling, sweet, fortified wines, vermouths and distillates. Highlighting the fortified Sherry and the sweet ones as the wines with the highest scores and average prices.
